Refund and Returns Policy

This policy is pretty open from our point of view – and we will provide refunds on basically any orders – as long as –

  • The items are unused – this is non-negotiable
    • One addendum to this is if you want to return a neck profile bit the wax seal must be intact also.

Otherwise just drop us a mail to let us know that you want a refund and YOU need to ship the items back to the PO Box listed at the bottom of the page. Once they are received you will be refunded the item costs (not your initial shipping costs)

When it comes to Carbide inserts the best thing I can recommend is double/triple check you are ordering the correct inserts for your machine. If you need assistance in identifying them – just drop us an email.

International Shipping Issues

Please understand that we use Sendle for shipping to all international countries – when you place your order you will receive a tracking number (added to your account order details).

On the occasions there is issues with shipments when this occurs investigations will be perform to try track down the package. IF the package has been lost and Sendle cannot locate the item you will receive a full refund inclusive of the shipping costs.

Sendle uses the local post within the country for delivery so if you live in a country where they are prone to not leaving cards if you miss the delivery then the item will be returned to the local Post Office and if you do not collect it within 14 days then it will be return to Australia via the SLOWEST service available. This can take up to 3 months! When the item is received you have 2 options – refund for the product cost or pay to reship.
